Can I get a gut check before purchasing wheels/tires?

2011 128i m-sport on 17x7 oem wheels, decided to go with Sparco Pro Corsa 18x8 square, 45mm offset. With 235/40zr18 (I don’t know what zr stands for) g-force comp a/s tires via tirerack for cost and ease and speed of delivery and installation. No run flat!

Just want to make sure this will fit nice and kosher before pulling the trigger!

Your post is in the 1M wheels/tires forum you should probably head over to the regular 1 series wheels/tires. Off-hand I'd say they should fit, you are running a taller than standard diameter tire, 225/40/18 would be closer to stock.

You might run into some issues in high compression bumps/turns, as it's not only offset but the wheel/tire height that is going to take available space away.
