How many miles? Your car might be needing an oil filter housing gasket replaced, and the valve cover gasket replaced if they haven't already been done. Next will be the oil pan gasket.

44K Miles already did the oil housing gasket done. Valve cover done.

That is the connector for the valvetronic motor. Looks to be leaking from the seal that goes around it. Can replace that seal without removing the valve cover.
