I have been looking at your WTB thread regard 135i bumper recently A LOT.
Your best bet is to get one from dealer. Even you can find used one here, most likely you will have to repaint them. sanding/prime/paint will cost you as same as new.
I think no one would sell their bumper if it has no dmg at all.
