OEM RFT's close to end - Convince me not to replace

OK, so it's time to swap out the orignal tires.

I know nearly everybody on this forum says the RFT's are junk and can't wait to replace them.
However, my experience with them has not been that bad. I don't track or autox, my joy comes from spirited driving on the open mountain roads. There I have never had an issue where I broke grip when I didn't want to. The ride quality is great IMO. And we don't have the bad road problems in AZ (potholes and such) that everybody talks about. In fact, I thought the RFT's came in pretty handy when I had loose valve and was able to easily drive home, then to the dealer, when they would not hold much pressure.
So, even though I have seen the sincere hatred of them posted here, I really want to know if I will get a tremendous boost in performance with non-RFT's that will make the potential inconvenience (no spare) worth it.
Convince me.

My only issues with the rfts were ride quality over potholes and hydroplaning and poor grip. But If you don't have those issues in AZ then why replace em?

It will be worth it, my opinion of course. I will put up with no spare (have for years) for better corner grip, and better control.

If it's not broke don't try to fix it....no matter what anyone says.

I liked the change, you might not. Do what's best for you.

I really have not made up my mind. And I'll be honest, the cost of the RFT's is crazy compared to non. So I really am looking for opinions, biased or unbiased.
Thanks

You say that because you are still running on the soft stock suspension, which is tuned for the hard RFT's. If you have gotten sick of that mushiness and upgraded to a firmer suspension, you will not like the solid-rubber feeling of the RFT's and will want to go back to normal tires.

If you are fine with the factory suspension, then it is less compelling, except in the wallet...
