Wanted to Buy: Fog Lamp switch button insert

Is anyone 3-d printing the little white plastic insert pieces that will activate the rear fog light on our cars?
I've heard that some people have created them using Legos. I guess I could do that, but would rather have the actual piece. Would also be cool to have the button with fog-lamp symbol on it, but if I want that I'd have to buy the entire switch for 40$+ on eBay and risk compatibility/condition issues

I don't have one for sale, but I bought mine from Schmiemann's. Because I wanted to have the the painted button too. Plus, You have the 128 so it has the fog light paint on the button.

I don't remember the price but more than the DIY and more than $40 cuz they ship from Europe. But not as much as window shades or mud flaps.

I don't have the fog lamp symbol on the factory button. Did some 128's deliver with that? It would seem confusing

Has it on my 09 E88.

No US cars had the rear fog symbol on the switch. If you have it, it's been replaced.

That was an outside the US option only.

If you don't mind the missing rear foglamp logo, I have an extra headlight switch that should work (tabs were snipped on the button and the white plastic actuator is in place). P/N is 61316938864, which is for vehicles with fog lights + rain sensor (I don't think the switch cares if the headlights are halogen or xenon). If you want to buy the actual Euro-spec with the rear fog logo, then search eBay for P/N 61316932796.

One additional note - for the non-rear-foglamp version of the switch, the circuit board inside is missing an SMD LED that shines up through the switch face.

hey man, not sure if you've solved your problem but on my 2011 (no foglight) I went to ebay.co.uk and did a search for e82 light switch. got the correct one with automatic/xenon WITH rear fogs NO front fogs dirt cheap; all in it was about $35 bucks including shipping to US. took a week and it worked with zero issue
