This car is not mine but is very close to me. Estate sale-looks like owner was retired military. Gray/black, non-sport, but manual transmission. 82K miles so about due for suspension refresh anyways. It is originally a USA car (as is mine) and no changes are made for Canadian registration. Been for sale for 2 months now [I have just contacted owner to actually see if still for sale]. Price is Cdn $8500 which is about USA$6500. I am a members of BMW Clubs Canada and also BMWCCA.

That's a good price. That's a good car/mileage. Probably still has the original water pump, t-stat. Make sure they did the oil pan gasket at 60,000. Car has BMW recalls, too.

Estate sale: accurate, if fact I car pooled with the owner many years ago
1 owner; bought in Alexandria Va when he worked there. NON-Sport
No accidents/paintwork
ALL RECORDS: maintenance and importation
Tires:summer Pirelli P7, date 2014, will pass safety, 1 or 2 summers left. Winters: Michelin X ice xi3, date 2017, not on rims, look new. All tires 205/50 R17.
Recalls: all done, including I believe, latest blower motor wiring.
Brakes: checked rotors, all nearly new
Drivers seat: drivers bolster has some peeling, not cracking
Battery: 70AH, new in 2016. BMW
3rd brake light: 3 cracks but it's still working
Engine: everything looks good except oil filter housing gasket ["weeping" but not leaking] These are very easy to change. Parts maybe $20
Road test: perfect, no problems whatsoever
Dealer inspection: by local BMW dealer-no issues found
Options: moonroof, power seats, heated seats (no xenon).
I've owned a 2008 128 for 8 years now and can confidently say this is a very good car.
