2011 BMW 128i V8 swap

So long story short i want to LS swap my Base model 128i.
Original engine is the N52 with the GM GA6L45R AT.
I got some questions I'm hoping can be answered with possible links,
First, engine wise I'm not too well versed with the LS but I want a LS that'll fit but have a base 300whp without any bolt ons, possible engine mounts as well?
Second, i have done some research on the matter for a transmission adapter kit but i haven't found one for my transmission, I don't want to manual swap my car so is there other automatic transmission that would fit the 128i and have the conversion kit for a LS?

Side questions: i know adding more power means i need better drive terrain parts like the drive shaft, axels, rear diff but how much can stock handle? I'm not looking at building a 700hp drag/track car, just a fun 300-450hp daily/project car.

part wise i wanna keep it around that mid range, I'm well off enough to avoid going cheap parts only but i wanna keep it affordable enough so if anyone else has the same idea they can do so without breaking the bank. I do currently have a daily so waiting on parts to be custom made isn't an issue either.

Side note, LS are more common to swap and will probably be the easiest. If they're are any other V8's like a 5.0 coyote, 392 hemi etc that'll work as well I'm very much open to any ideas. (mainly looking for V8's because I've had my fair share with L4 an V6. I only owned 1 V8 so far an that was a 1996 mustang GT)

for the gearbox, to keep it auto, you can look at the ZF8 off the F30 platform.
there's quite a few guys who have done the swap to their 335s and an aussie on a 135.
you are going to have to research but there's a few companies who make adapter plates etc. the communications box is an additional expense.

LS is probably the right choice due to size/form factor. As opposed to the others you mentioned.
Unless of course it was a BMW S65.

Following for curiosity. Most of the swaps you see are in 135i's which come from the factory with a stronger rear diff, better brakes, etc. Probably helps avoid the need for supporting upgrades.

Brakes are probably a must have on the 128i, but is the rest robust enough? Perhaps if tuned for more top-end versus low end torque.
