Do E92 M3 BBK's fit 1M?

Hello All,

I am in the market for an upgraded BBK for my 1M. I am looking used and have been looking on the E92 M3 forums. I think I found a set although I wanted to just double check that they are direct bolt on's for the 1M. I am not concerned about wheel clearance.

I feel confident that they are although I wanted to check, thanks!

Sam

Which one are likely to be going with? ST-40s look to be the best bang for the buck on the used forums at the moment.

I was looking and considering many BBK's and they all have their pros and cons. I ended up with a Brembo 380MM GT-R kit with type 3 rotors on all four corners.

What wheels are you running? I was under the impression that Brembos had the most issues with wheel clearance, even though you mentioned earlier that wheel clearance wasn't particularly an issue with your setup.

I'm running Essex Racing's AP Brakes set-up. It's fantastic.

I have a set of Apex EC7's and was told by Apex these would clear. I also had a set of HRE's build around the Brembo GT profile.

You are correct though, Brembo's do present the biggest clearance challenge.
