there is a good Mitsu tuner in Edison, NJ ( I know its not north but its worth the drive) they have built several high HP motors so they know their turbo game

never had good experiences in NJ.. head up to CT for XX tuning and for the SHOP
the one is edison (brick?) has done good work with evos but their installs were horrible on some subbies i know

If you have a couple hours to kill, DPs are pretty easy to install on your own and it'll save you money. The car scene seems to move further and further away from the do-it-yourself attitude every year because of all the electronics involved but an exhaust is an exhaust. If you have the time just grab a sixer and some metric tools and kill a Saturday, you'll enjoy it more...
