Colour Combinations - Alpine White and Lemon Interior

Folks,

I placed an order for a 135i Convertible this week, now the wait!

If anyone has some pictures of a 135i convertible in Alpine White with a Lemon Interior, I would appreciate it if you could post them.

Especially shots where you can see both the exterior and interior of the car at the same time - eg with the top down.

I have been searching the forum for some time but havent come up with this combination in existing posts.

If some have already been posted, then perhaps a link?

Thanks TP, yep I have had a look through the that AW Coupe section, but couldn't see any AW / Lemon / Vert cars. Will keep hunting!

I don't recall seeing one in the AW thread, I looked through the whole thing before ordering mine. Maybe because lemon is a relatively new color (for 2011 I think?).

I think lemon would look excellent on a white car. It was a tough choice between that and the coral red for me, ultimately I went for the red.

had a look at post fifty.

well, its not the lemon that i know of which is a two tone high contrast interior - slightly off white, maybe 'ivory' seats and door panel inserts. the carpets and balance of the panels are in black. seems to offer in my mind two benefits:

1. when the top is down, and the car is parked, the seats perhaps wont get as hot.
2. black carpets perhaps wont get as dirty, would wear better than light coloured carpets.

thats the general idea, right or wrong.

post fifty is more like the beige or alaska grey i think - only because its more one colour than the two tones like lemon and coral red. but the colour doesnt strike me as either of the two.

was just hoping that the combination wouldnt be too much white. to help, i went for the poplar grain grey trim. am confident it will be smashing. well, confident enough to place the order anyway.

i was considering buying a second hand car, but the colour combination i was after never came up for sale. looked hard for six months.

the aw / cr partnership was a very very close contender, especially because my favourite colour is orange.

of course i will post some pictures when it gets here.

Post #50 is gray boston leather. I'm sure lemon will look great with that configuration.

Do a search on Lemon interior to get some feedback from owners. It looks great when new but it's really tough to keep clean.
