Maybe it's my imagination, but I swear when the drivers window does its little "auto close feature" when closing the door it hits pretty hard when it closes. Is this an adjustment issue?

Normal. It opens about half inch when you pull the handle to pull the window out of the groove on the upper door seal, then pushes it into the groove when you close the door. If you disconnect the battery and try opening the door, the window will be in the groove and you will have a hard time opening the door.
