Car doors/windows unlocking randomly

Anyone else had this problem?

its happened a couple of times and i just figured i forgot to lock it. but today, i know 1000% i locked the car, and i came back hours later to find the car doors unlocked and the drivers window half way down.....

The key fob was not in my pocket or any of that garbage.

Anyone had similar experience? theres tonnes of threads from people in the states about it.

This used to happen to my E46M3, it had something to do with the heat (living in Darwin) and the module that gets the signal from the keyfob being faulty.

You suggesting it's the key fob?

No in the E46 it was the module that got the signal.

Car starts first crank.... I dunno if the battery would do that but not show any other signs of failure?
