This event will be held from 8am-5pm, run your car all day.

Willow Springs 2.5 mile raceway, also known as the “big track” or “big willow”, is located at Willow Springs International Motorsports Park. This facility was built in 1953 and is recognized as an Official California Point of Historical Interest. This world famous track hosted events such as the first two NASCAR races west of the Mississippi, the first AMA events, the first FIM 500 GP motorcycle race in America as well as many others.

The Willow Springs International Raceway (WSIR) is a fast 2.5 mile nine turn road racing circuit, patterned after some of the best road racing courses of Europe. The track has substantial elevation changes, as well as some of the fastest straightaways on any track in the country. With cornering speeds that range from 70mph to over 170mph and straightaway speeds nearing 200mph, it’s no wonder this road is known as “The Fastest Road in the West”.

For new riders, it’s an easy track to practice your riding skills on, because of the size and space available. With both tight turns and fast sweepers, this track has something for everyone. And if you want to pick up the pace, you won’t be limited by the track.

This track is also home to Willow Springs Motorcycle Club, held every third weekend of every month. Some racers ride this track for years and never get tired of it. It’s a fun and challenging track where you never stop learning.

Speed District will be invading the road course (2.5 mile) at Willow Springs Raceway on Friday, June 10, 2011.

This 2.5 mile road course has 9 turns and elevation changes. This is the fastest track in the area that offers a great track going experience. If you’re looking for that high-speed experience, this is the track for you.
You are probably wondering, what is difference between this track even and other track events? We're only allowing a small group of enthusiasts to participate, everyone gets more track time. You'll be surrounded by high end cars along with some awesome people. We have already prepaid for personalized CDs for every participant ($65 value). We have partnered with CaliPhotography, SoCal's best motorsports photographers, for this event. We will be GIVING the photos to you at no charge! What other trackday organizer includes a cd full of photos of your car on the track? We have invited Jeff Westphal out to the track with us for the day. He will be able to jump into the car with you, give you a few pointers or answer any other questions you have. We will provide drinks throughout the event and will include Speed District shirts to each track participant.

We have hired a track marshall, 5 corner workers, ambulance/fire support, professial lap timing, CaliPhotography (Willow Springs Offical Photographer), Professional Car Driver and much more. We have all the bells and whistles ready to go!

We will also have a small group of sponsors at the event if you have any questions, want to try out a tune, etc. If you guys want me to invite a company, please send me a email shokri@speeddistrict.com and I will reach out to them!


Mike Bonanni ( Pro- Race car driver as our driving instruction) $40 is optional, but mandatory for first time track drivers.

Guys, this is not STREETS OF WILLOW, this is the larger track, this track runs from $275-$500 and even at that price you will not get as many runs as you will on June 10th. Here is your chance to have a pro driver teach you some tracking skills, and for you to better understand your car on a pro track. Coupons are limited, and once we reached 70 cars, the track will be full, we are not trying to over fill the track, SpeedDistrict wants everyone to have a long track day and a bunch of FUN! Blah, I would go but after racing at California Speedway Drags today I realized how much I hate the run flats and need a new tire/rim combo. Don't wanna go to a track again until then.

West Los Angeles/Valley Caravan

*Please note guys, do not be late, we must leave on time so we can make it to the track on time.
*Please have enough gas to reach the track, for those guys who are pumping 100oct at the track, from our Valley stop you will need about 85 miles of gas to get there. I am suggesting half a tank on 335i/328i and M3s, supercharged guys, I have no clue how much gas you guys need to get to the track.

*No SPEEDING GUYS! That is what the track is for, people have been ticketed on the way to the track, please do not add to the list, it will ruin your day.

*We will be cruising up to the track at speeds of 65MPH-75MPH, just set your cruise control and enjoy the drive.

-5:20AM OC Guys will arrive.
-5:30AM Sharp we will leave to our final stop before the track
-5:45AM Meet at the Mobile off the 405 North Exit Ventura Blvd, Mobile Gas Station on the Southeast corner of Sepulveda Blvd (4528 Sepulveda Blvd, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403)
5:55AM Sharp depart to the track (3500 75th street west, Rosamond, CA 93560)
