I bought a slightly used set that was already adjusted so I left them alone.

from what i read you don't need to remove them entirely. You can unbolt the bottom only and make the adjustments. That's when an impact wrench is your best buddy.

I like the drop with the B12 kit, haven't scraped on any speed bumps or inclines/declines so far.

Here are some pics of my car w/ the B12 kit:

Wow, car looks great. Do you happen to know the ride height, center of wheel to fender for both front and back?

I recorded the before and after ride height measurements, but unfortunately lost the piece of paper. But, I can get you the current ride height measurements when I get some time.

Measured from bottom of wheel to fender.
You can do the math from bottom of wheel to center of wheel to get center to fender.

Here's what mine looks like. I really like how the kit handles bumps. It eats them up and it's very quiet inside, too. The steering is still quick and it feels great. But damn, it is pretty low now.

Thanks, very helpful. Unfortunately it appears this kit may be too low for me. I'm going to ride out the stock suspension till the struts need to be replaced, at that point I'll either go Koni FSD + PS, Full BMW PS, or Koni Street Comfort coilovers.

Honestly, it's not very practical of a ride height. And I'm kinda surprised that they went that low. I'm definitely prepared to drive the car accordingly, but it does put a damper on things in certain situations.

I've had no issues with the B12 ride height and it's my daily.

There are two versions of the kit.

Mine is not that low, I am not sure if he has the Bilstein w/ eibach combo. It shouldn't drop that low. I have not had a single issue in my daily commute. Here is mine...

Why not get the Bilstein HD dampers and keep the stock springs if you are worried about ride height?

Pro-Kit and Sportline. The latter should be ~10mm lower than the former.

I have the full BMW PS and I gotta say it's nearly perfect for DD and spirited drives with the perfect drop.

I just checked, and I got the Pro-kit from Baan Velgen. Hmm...doesn't sound right.

From the pictures, mine looks relatively lower than most. But it is the taller kit. I dunno...It's all good. I dig it!
