Single or Dual Filament for front turn signal?

If I get a Single filament bulb, will the front turn signals stay off when the headlights are on and only flash when the turn signal is activated?

Also...is the bulb type 7507 (150 deg pins) or 7507 (180 deg pins)?

computer allows for both parking lamp and turn signal by controling voltage to the single filament.
