Regional Ordering Process?
Is it possible that the order process that seems to have started is a regional thing cause i dont think the northeast has joined in the fun. I mean little area by area will get the green light to send in orders? My dealer still has nothing for me??!!

That's what I am afraid of. I am ordering from a smaller dealership but it has honest sales. He actually suggested I not to order frivolous options.

I also am begining to think the smaller dealers will be the last to get allocations.

i dont think its the smaller dealers, i honestly think its done by region. But then again, that doesnt make too much sense cause Newark, NJ is a high volume port for auto shipments and so far nothing in the New England area.

Now that the Cali allotments are starting to come in it looks like you are right--seems to be by region. I just want my production number! I can tell I'm starting to bug my CA by sending him copies of other's order sheets.

This is a good question because I live in Ohio and have ordered from one of, it not the largest dealer in the state. I'm still waiting to order my car because he informed me Monday that allocations have not been released from regional and the minute they do he will take my order. So now I sit and wait, wondering if my confidence in the dealer and salesman has been misplaced.

My CA just called at 9:20am MT 12/21.... No allocation yet, but they don't have their daily printout yet that would include that info.

Otto's actually. Our family has purchased there before and they are generally more friendly. They also appear very eager to help me with ED, which is what I want. That all being said, I am thinking of trying to reach out to Devon Hill or Main Line.
