AutoXing wit a lease

Are you allowed to autox with your car if you're leasing it? I want to do it this weekend but I don't want to void my warranty or anything. They wouldn't ever find out anyways right? I'm not looking to go insane or anything, I just want to putt around on the track for fun.

You can just take your car there, pay a fee, and drive it around?? Are there requirements such as helmets and such??

Just remember when you hand it back, it has to have 1/4" tread on all four tires.

yes, u will need a helmet. a track day usually cost 150+ depending on day and event (well thats how much it cost for motorcycles, it might cost for cars)

autox should be fine for lease - they won't know regardless. Just realize that your insurance coverage might not be valid during it since it's a timed event. Most people are fine with that since it's very safe and lots of room for error.

You can do any SCCA auto-X without being a member, but be prepared for a slightly higher entry fee.

They also typically have loaner helmets, and will let you ride with some more experienced individuals to get the hang of it. Of course, the loaners aren't always the nicest helmets...
