New shock mounts?

Doing a coilovers kit soon will I be able to use the old mounts or I have to upgrade buy new ones ? Looking to do the TCKR E82/E9X Koni Coilover Kit
Any info is helpful

Yes, with the TCKR SA or DA, you can use both the stock front and rear mounts.

What rates do you recommend? The car will also have m3 rear subframe bushings and m3 upper and lower control arms thanks

Not sure if I PMed you on this. ~350 front and 600-700 rear will be a great start for a street/track car.
