MHD Custom Standalone Flashes
Well I have taken the jb4 as far as I could and wouldn't mind learning how to write standalone MHD flashes.
Anyone has the skills and know how and would mind spending an afternoon to have a chat about it. |

I've tuned at least 10 N54's. Most were using a JB4 for boost control only though except for two that were standalone. One was with COBB's ATR the other was with tunerpro and MHD. The trickiest part is understanding the basics of how the PID system works in order to get a smooth boost curve. It's a pain in the ass and definitely not for the faint hearted.

Boost control is the hardest part of tuning the N54 flash only IMO. I'd pay a close eye on torque limiting tables also. https://www.google.com.au/amp/s/blog...ng-limits/amp/ |

Honestly I would love to tune your car but i just don't have the time anymore. I have tinkered with an N55 before but just can't do it. Maybe later down the track. Just too much going on these days. Thanks for the kind words mate. Who knows maybe I'll be due for an M2 early next year then we can have some fun again and tune them. |
