BMW E87 120d Blower Motor Not Working – New Motor, FSU & Fuse Replaced
Hello, this is my first time posting here and I’m a bit stuck with an issue.
I have an E60 and recently bought a 2004 E87 120d. I’m having a problem with the cabin heater blower motor. I’ve searched through lots of forum posts but still haven’t managed to fix the issue. When I first bought the car, the blower motor worked intermittently and only came on very rarely. Recently it stopped working completely. I had the blower motor recall booked with BMW and hoped that would fix it, but after they completed the recall the problem was still there. So far I have: Replaced fuse 67 Replaced the blower motor Replaced the FSU (final stage unit) The blower still doesn’t work. I then removed the passenger footwell carpet and checked all the ground connections, and they all seemed fine. At this point I’m not sure where to look next. I also have no error codes showing in ISTA. Any help or suggestions would be really appreciated. I’ve never been this stumped before. Thanks in advance. |
