135i (aero pkg) front bumper center grille

Hey guys. I have an 08 135i w: the aero package - and I am looking for the center grille but I wasn't sure if the OEM one for the normal 135i is the same?

I ask because on the aero option, It's actually three pieces Compare compared to the one big piece.
I'm curious if anyone knows if the one big piece would replace my three pieces and fit perfect, Or if I need to somehow find the centerpiece specifically for the Aero bumper
