I purchased this BMW three years ago with just 11,000 miles on it. It has BMW DEALER INSTALLED GENUINE M-Performance parts with receipts:

- BMW M Performance Suspension
- M Performance Exhaust
- M Performance Power Kit Tune

Fully loaded with i think every option available that year including navigation, parking sensors, premium, cold weather, harmon kardon, etc. M-sport wheels and Michelin PSS tires as well as dedicated winter wheels and tires are included.

This car is absolutely incredible and super rare, especially with dealer installed M parts.

Full disclosure, the car will need brakes in about 2K miles or so and I have a quote from a BMW dealer for $1,300 after tax to replace them.

Only serious buyers and offers will be considered. I have all BMW service records. I have never tracked or autocrossed the car. It has been my garage queen / daily driver ever since I bought it. Only reason I'm selling is because my wife and I are going to have a child and we want a sedan.

The M Performance Power Kit (PPK1) adds 20hp and 32ftlb tq. And the M Performance Exhaust adds 15hp and not sure how much torque. So combined 35hp

I have another interested buyer who ran the VIN through a dealer and carfax is clean but I don't have a copy. For what it's worth I can assure you the car has never been in an accident, no body shop repairs ever. I can provide the vin to you no problem, just send me a PM. I also have pictures of every service receipt all at BMW dealers. Shoot me a PM and we can connect via phone.

Do you have any indications why it needs pads and rotors at less than 50k?

Just curious, as my E93 has 49k on it and brakes are not even at 50%.
