Put a little more R&D in to improve the overall design. We have had the downpipes since the start. We will always be working on improving our products. We increased the flow a little more on the short pipe to match the long pipe. We also changed out the bungs and used a round design. New bung bolts, and most importantly improved the overall design to make them easier to install.

Oh man I'm glad I didn't buy these right away - what's your policy for 1st gen owners? Is there an "upgrade" price?

Catted are a unique design we cannot change or improve on. The only thing we can do is change out the cats. However we already ues the highest grade cats.

This isn't a tune where you can "plug in a new harness"

The upgrade isn't focused on preformance. We redesigned the downpipes because a lot of shops people take their cars too have never installed downpipes. So what was easy for us was really hard for them too do. So the main reason for the re design was to make the install easier. People that already have our downpipes on don't have this problem. We did this change to make the cost to install the product less. As well as made it a lot easier for the people that want to tackle the project on their own.

It took our tech about 30 - 45 mins to install them. It used too take him a little over an hour. But it was a lot easier in regards to stress of fitting them. We took the input of our techs, countless other shops, and figured out what we could do to make them easier to install. While doing that tried to also give a little preformance upgrade as well.

Anthony, this is good news. I've been checking with local shops and no one wants to put the DP's on for me. I'm just going to wait for them to come in (which should be any day now cause they shipped 2 days ago), and take them to the shop and try to talk them into it. I think once they see them in person, they won't be as worried. I'll be sure to tell them these are easier to install. :headbang:

After that, I'll have to see if I can sweet talk them into installing the CDV and O2 sim as well. Wish me luck!

If you want have them call me. I will talk to them for you and explain how easy it is. If they need further help I'll put a tech on the phone with them step by step. On our website there is a full picture DIY. Same with the O2 SIM and CDV

Thanks for your support and we are here anytime. If you need me after hours or on weekends send me a PM I'll give you my personal cell number
