Take a look at Stroll's record in the lesser formulae. He isn't the shrub people think he is. And in the great equalizer, rain...he's outperformed the alleged greatest driver on the grid. See Turkey 2020.

Interesting that,they have tried things which sent them backwards after the 'jet mode' was discovered.I think they are going back to discover where they took a wrong turn somewhere chassis wise along the line which in reality puts them two years behind and the new engine and gearbox design will be just a partial improvement going by this. By testing the 2 year old car as in the rules before the '21 cars it will give them an idea what parts to fit.
Putting Lec as number one won't bode well with Sainz and he'll be wary of what was happening to Seb ''the car is undriveable''.

That is official testing and old news. Because of the first race being moved to Bahrain, the testing is 2 weeks before that race in Bahrain.

As yco stated, the testing which is done outside of that testing MUST be done with a 2018 car.

And while Ferrari can be a clown show, quite often, that is not the case this time!!

Everything depends from the COVID situation . And that looks really bad !

Yeah , back in 2012 I've done the mod. by myself .
First I test drove with the ///M Performance exhaust , Akrapovic and Eisenmann.
And honestly I didn't liked the sound of these...Because there's also something like sound quality ..

So I decided to perform the Oem. exhaust mod . I replaced the 2 big perforated pipes by 2 full stainless steel pipes .
It was an experiment for me and I thought : If I fail , or don't like how it sounds like , I just buy a new BMW Oem. exhaust.
BUT !
I was was blown away by the sound . It sounds fantastic , and with zero drone .
Today I still love my Oem exhaust mod . It wakes the ///M S65 V8 really up !
During the cold start cycle It's loud ,It can be quiet when you drive normal . But when you step on it , It's like a race machine ! The sound quality always remains great and sounds really refined !

Thanks for putting that on. So it's just to remove lengths of the holed pipes ''inside'' the boxes to make a more convincing sound and the gain of extra hp that comes with it. Well done for doing the job yourself!
On mine I have an Exhaustmeister with remote that closes up the outer pipes on start up then when warm I open up the outers with a push for sporty race car sound

Side note : Last night we got snow over here , +/- 7 cm !
It's still there , and probably more snow will come this evening with freeze temps .
Tomorrow morning at 04:30 AM , I will get issues to drive at work !

We had snow for about 2 hours in the morning roughly 2-3 cm on and off and now it's slowly melting away. Hope your ok driving early tomorrow in your other car

My M never saw road salt . But I can tell you my red Mini saw pretty much everything , like snow, ice ,hail , thunderstorms with high water and mud streams .
In other words : My Mini is a war tank !
