Stupid Question but what does this do?

Its the little switch below the lever to gain access to the back.

Also, is this on all e92 models?

It scoots the seat mechanically. Don't be scared, try it.

Thats what I thought.

Do all models have it?

For example if i purchased the entry level 320i SE coupe I guess it wont come with this, can anyone confirm.

I can't find anything about it anywhere and every picture i see has the switch and ive never seen a car without it.

No not all. Only cars which are equipped with power seats.

Here in Finland we have 320Ci 325Ci 330Ci 335Ci and 320Cd 325Cd 330Cd 335Cd. Only the 330Ci 335Ci and 330Cd 335Cd comes with electric seats.
