proTUNING Freaks Update

We wanted to send out a quick hello and thank you to everyone on Bimmerpost and share out our new user account in case you'd like to get in touch. We also wanted to wish Jake@MOTIV all the best with the new company. BMW community has gained another great quality vendor.

Any customers that have had maps calibrated by any of our previous tuners in the past are more than welcome to contact us and we'll be more than happy to assist you. We've recently updated the look and feel on our website along with some new service/parts offerings so feel free to check it out when you get a chance and send us some feedback.

Our most sincere thanks goes out to all of our customers that have given us the opportunity to prove our passion and dedication to custom tuning their N54 and N55 based configurations. We are determined to continue growing as we have in the past and are doing our utmost to continue supporting the community as we have in the past.

We're very excited about all the new projects brewing under the PTF umbrella and look forward to sharing them with the community as we push on forward with our dedication to the community and our customers.

Best regards,
Dzenno@PTF

The original post makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside...... Seriously.
This may have something to do with the fact that I paid for a protune almost two years ago and haven't used it yet....... I been busy......

So Nishan is no longer with the company?

He was tuning my car a few months ago from the group buy. I emailed him last night with new logs and it got kicked back to me saying the email doesn't exist anymore.

How do I proceed?

I wish you both the best. I have a cobb I got from Jake with tune installed and remote tuning option. I started the talks with you and him about the build and requested the order from him while you two were still together. However it was paid for and shipped after you split. From what I understand to be generalizing he was the marketing arm and you were the programming guru. Who wrote the tune in the cobb for me and who will be doing the remote tuning?

Fundguy1, if I understand your question correction you haven't started tuning with one of our tuners so you'd simply have the OTS maps on your Cobb AP and not one of our custom maps. You can email us at support@protuningfreaks.com and we'll get started on it whenever you're ready.
