100rpm Surge/fluctuation at Idle

Should a 100rpm fluctuation be something to be concerned about? I can feel it when at a stop occasionally. My conclusion was I'm due for a walnut blast since I'm at 48k. I was going to do it at the 50k interval.

Could be so many things but I had a similar issue that went from slight rpm drop at idle to almost stalling when i didnt look into it for a while. If you googled a bit I saw a lot of stuff come up.

Some said carbon buildup, some said injector issues can cause it too.

Mine ended up being injector. I figured out which bank was having issues by watching AFR's. Since the injector was bad one bank had AFR's not consistent with he other. And the issue was also only at idle. I think mechanic said something like it was clogged a little bit.
