Yeah that claim was a biggun' so I just didn't want to mess with it...they always "say" that comp shouldn't mess with anything but they track it all!

Yup, never trust insurance companies. Their only interest is in taking more of customer's money. Insurance claims are really a loan program - they will pay it out, but get it back with higher rates later.
