Rear shock access on E88

I wanted to replace my rear shocks on my 2013 135is convertible. How would one go about finding the top shock mount in the trunk? I can't figure it out, and online videos seem to be just for the E82.

Edit: never mind, I found it. Just had to peel everything back. ðŸ˜€

Can you share where the upper mount is? Im having the same issue locating mine and wasn't sure what all to remove.

It's beneath the trunk liner. You have to either remove the liner or bend it out of the way.

I didn't even know they were accessible from inside the car. that's great. I don't have to drill holes for my remote dampening adjusters like I was thinking I would
