Burger tuning Customer Support sucks ....

So god forbid u lose the .hex file for the G4 board .. I am only DCI and the JB4 tune on my 335i so I don't need the benefits for the upgraded board or software ..

Feels like I am being held hostage here - 'buy a new board or remove it' -- what kind of answer is that …. I am sure someone has the old .hex files somewhere on a server …

When will support end for the G5 boards?

Customer service is paramount to success .. and this is not good customer service.. what's it hurt to send the .hex in an email … cant say Id ever buy anything from BMS again with support like this.

Remove until you can update to a G5 board, the G4 has not been supported since 2011.

At least you got a reply, I messaged them about a PCV valve I purchased from them a few months ago. The PCV valve looked like it was used but I never got a reply.

I haven't purchased any BMS products since.

I checked my storage and I don't even have the G4 hex file anymore, have a few G5 hex files and now outlawed BEF bins. Though, I do really recommend the G5 over G4, had them both. More power, BEF compatible, better fueling and safety cuts, can't think of any reason to stick with the G4.


Just uninstalled my G5 with pre-dpfix delete firmware, pristine withall the accessories if you decide to go that route.
