Bmw Sport Suspension

I have almost 200k on stock suspension. Tracked and AutoX. I have B4s on my other e90 and that car has 145,000 miles. The stock shocks for that was terrible at 115,000 miles when I swapped it for the B4s. But THESE PRELCI 200k miles Sport shocks and springs feel great and smoother than my 09 stock shocks at 115,000 miles. Should I replace them anyways? I have another track day coming up. Thinking of getting b12 prokit.
