Breathtaking Auto Insurance Premium Increase

Just got my GEICO renewal and I've gone from $1800 a year ago to $2400 6 months ago to $3200 today. Still not unreasonable given the value of the cars but annoying nonetheless.

The car insurance scam is the work of insurance lobbyists working with the government which requires insurance coverage.

All the insurance companies set record profits in 2023 and on pace to exceed in 2024. All this during slower economy where most other industries and especially regular folks are struggling.

My 6month premium was renewed in June and I’m almost paying double compared to June 2022.

Completely unacceptable!
