Hello everyone,

New to the forum - bought an E92 320d a few weeks ago and have started making some small modifications to the aesthetics of the car. So far I've fitted a black kidney grille and swapped out the halogen angel eye bulbs for white LED's and both mods have made a big difference.

Many will agree that the tail lights on a pre LCI model now look a bit dated, so this is my next modification I am wanting to make. There are a couple of options out there that I have seen but vary in price massively. These are;

I have heard that DEPO are one of the biggest aftermarket car head and tail light manufacturers and seem to be a popular choice with multiple fitting videos on YouTube opting for the DEPO setup.

But I just wondered if anyone has tried the FK Automotive set, or used similar products of theirs before and what your experience was like with the product? Curious as to why there is such a big difference in price (note there will be shipping costs into the UK to factor in as FK are based in Germany), but part of me feels a bit nervous because they are so much cheaper and there are no reviews if their version of the tail lights online.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated, or any other suggestions for tail light upgrades for a pre-LCI!

Know you’re in the UK, here are Depo LCI’s
for less than $400 shipped in the US. I’m sure all the manufacturer’s are basically selling the same thing, but if you’re worried, maybe you can contact the seller and work something out…
