Harold: Thanks for all the direct linking. I wasn't sure how to do it with Photobucket.

I'm not sure which I like better, I generally really like this sort of silver/blue.

It's actually very different from Artcitc Metallic. Arctic Metallic to me looks like a much lighter version of SS2 with some green mixed in. Blue Water is more blue, and perhaps a TOUCH darker.

This color looks amazing! Would definitely attract the ladies since it's a chick color. But hey I wouldn't mind!!

I know what you mean. I was thinking of that as I went back and forth and ultimately went with this color. Like the alpine white, I like the way the light blue contrasts with the dark grill color.

Just 2 more weeks to go! I'm getting anxious to take her out for a ride up the coast. I still haven't seen any other 1 series around other than the dealers.

Got mine a week ago. I went through the White Mountains this weekend. What a great ride. The weather was crappy so no good pictures yet, but I'll work on it. Outside a restaurant in North Conway a couple of guys were standing in front of it checking it out as we walked out. They said "Nice car, I bet that one goes". I said "Oh Yeah". I've been getting a lot of double takes. It's been fun to see the reactions.

Did you take the Kang (Kancamangus)? Or Bear Notch Road? Those are a couple of my favorites, as long as you don't get a string of campers in front of you. Even so, in these cars it would be a snap to pass a long string of them. |
