I love the exteriors of these new Benz's. Very teutonic imo.

Very cool, I never saw "in progress" film applications before. That car looks sick!

What made you choose 1Z over P21S for the wheels? Just curious since I know you have used both in the past

Also, how do you like Optimum detail compared to Adam's?

Looks great!

Phil - I would imagine the BEST time to do a clear bra is immediately following a detail like this or after a paint correction if the car isn't brand new? My question is, as a detailer, do you find that it limits your ability to detail after? It's not like you have any ability to correct or enhance anything after that stuff is on there.

People say treat the bra the same as paint but you certainly aren't going to PC it or waste uber expensive waxes on a piece of film. Any thoughts?

My car is only a couple months old and I am trying to decide whether the potential rock chips are worth looking at the lines everyday giving up the ability to correct if needed.

Oh yeah, I also like seeing the racks of your stock. You keep it organized, that's for sure! All the labels facing forward and whatnot; I remember that being a big deal to supermarkets.

Awesome detail as always guys!

Interesting to see how the clear bra is installed. I've never had one done. How do they hold up during cold winter months? And are they easy to clean once installed? Protecting the paint is great, but (as chumley mentioned above) I'm not sure it's worth looking at the bra and/or distorted paint all the time. Guess I'm still on the fence, but I'd love to see some close-up shots of the bra and seam to see how noticeable it is.

3m guarantees the film for 3-5 years provided a 3m certified dealer did the install.
