Looks like the E82 1 series with the Flossman GTR body kit. From what I remember they replaced the engine for a V8. Don't quote me on that though. More info pics here: http://www.134judd.com

To some the looks of this car/kit may not be appealing, but here lies a 1 series in its most potent and extreme form for racing. 99.9% will never do this to their car, but its nice to at least see this rare .1% I honestly can't wait to see this car hit the track.

If you scroll down you can see Georg Plasa has been an FIA show holder from 2004-2009 in both FIA Internation Hill Climb Challenge and FIA European Hill Climb Cup.

Personally I think its pretty awesome that he went from an E36 to an E82.

Apologize for the multiple posts, I am adding as I'm learning about this car.

From what I've read this is a hillclimb prepared E82 shell with custom Flossman carbon fiber body kit. The engine is a 3.4L V8 from Engine Developments Limited ( http://www.engdve.com ) ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Judd_(engine) )

The engine is good for approximately 570HP and is mated to a Hewland TMT with Drexler Driveshafts. Exhaust is a custom 8-1 by Tubi Style. Suspension is by KW and is 3 way adjustable. Wheels are 18x10 (f) and 18x10.5 (r)magnesium BBS wheels. Engine control is from a Motex M880 ECU as well as the logger, display, and power module. Stopping power comes from Sicom carbon ceramic discs and Teves four-channel racing ABS system.

You can also just read for yourself about the build thanks to Google Translate: http://translate.google.com/translat...s%26prmd%3Divo

Georg Plasa's Judd powered 1 series hill climb racecar in motion and on the pits/track. In the first video skip to 3:50 to see it in action. The second video is actually from Georg Plasa's 134Judd page itself.

Man that car is so insane. The budget to run that car with all of the support crew is easily topping 7 figures. Everything about it, absolutely beautiful!

You are seeing wild aerodynamics because the car isn't as rule restricted like you see in the GrandAm or ALMS GT classes. If you put this car toe to toe with the Rahal-Letterman M3 it should smoke the M3. That is how wild this thing is.

KW Coilovers FTW! Mine are the "budget" motorsport 2 ways at about $4K. Looks like they are running the Competition 3 ways which run about $15K.

ALMS M3 car for reference. This is still FAR from a production car but it is very rule restricted compared to the Judd car.

When I first caught news of this car I immediately became obsessed with it, especially after seeing what was done with their previous E36 based car. With money anything is possible, but I love what I have seen through Berk Technology and Evolution Racewerk's time attack cars and the Total H-Stock 135i. These cars are amazing to watch and read about and hopefully in many years to come as E82s might one day reach prices similar to run of the mill E30s and E36s we will see similar Frankenstein creations. Hopefully BMW is watching this too and decides to field a 1 Series M Coupe in the same way they shoehorned the M3's V8 in the current Z4 for GT2.

As fast and functional as everything on that car may be, it is officially, in my eyes, the ugliest 1 series ever produced.

i was going to say this is the ugliest 1 series ever made but honestly i don't consider it a 1 series. i mean jeez, different bodykit, ridiculous diffusor and spoiler, different engine, freaky stickers for headlight, nothing in the interior that even closely resembles the 1 series..... i mean what the hell, it's NOT a 1 series, it's a ridiculous car mounted on the same chassis....
