Yes they come in 19". The weight will vary depending on width, offset, lip size, how much concavity you want, pocket cuts?, titanium hardware, etc. Figure a 19" with the mild concave forgings, no options, in M3 offsets would be in the low 20lb range.

For reference a 20" 8spoke with no concave we sold a customer on here weighed in at 19.5 for the fronts and 21 for the rears.
