Who said the car won't ever be the same? It should be just fine once it's fixed.

Oh man, sorry to hear that happened. Unless you got hit at some ridiculous speed, the damage should be totally fixable. You'll never even know it happened once the body shop gets on it. Hopefully it's just cosmetic. FYI: I can't see the pics. Post them with you phone camera.

Damn, that sucks. After 19 years of living in Queens, NY I'm glad that I joined the Army & was stationed in Fort Stewart, GA. People here actually know how to drive & are not haters. Your car is not a total loss & that's fixable, still sucks that it happened to your brand new car. Good luck man.

all I see are x's...pic upload fail.
edit: nm the large file size pics came through. If there is frame damage I'd push for total loss.

If you were in the car when it happened, go to the hospital to document your neck and back pain, and get a good lawyer. You'll be able to afford an m3 after tat.

Might have frame damage... then you are out of it. My insurance offered me replacement insurance if I signed up when I bought it new (a small premium on top of regular insurance). If car gets totaled, they pay replace at the current cost (adjusts for inflation and latest model).
Glad you are not hurt - looks pretty bad.

I hope you documented all of that with the police officer at the time of the accident....
I would get a good lawyer, possibly delete this thread, tell him just what you posted. Go to a doctor because torn disks and herniated disks do not show up on xray (need to get an MRI) and are permanent injuries. Then go after the the guy that was driving for millions since he was obviously negligent and the passenger or owner of the car was covering for him. This could be a gold mine for you... so stop posting on here and get a lawyer.
