[X/(X+Y)*91] + [Y/(X+Y)*100] = Actual Octane
where X = gals of 91 Octane
and Y = gals of 100 Octane

Just search for octane calculator and you'll find what you're after.

Assuming you are running 91 octane, your car would need 12 gallons (3/4 of a tank) of 91 octane and 4 gallons (1/4 tank) of 100 octane which would give you 93.25 octane.

If you were at half full, adding 2.5 gallons of 100 octane would give you 93.14 octane.

Good brain exercise to get the work day going!
