Adaptive headlight question? Broken?

Hey all, I have adaptive headlights on my e90 335i that turn when turning the wheel. The problem is they will aim right when I turn the wheel all the way to the right but not aim left when I turn the wheel all the way to the left. I'm parked when I do this.

Should the lights turn left? Just wondering if its broken or by design. Is there a way test the left to right servos on the hids with a BT cable? It already tests the up/down leveling when I start the car.

Thanks in advance!

This question seems to get asked weekly on here, they are working correctly. They will hardly turn left (especially when parked) due to blinding on coming traffic.
