I think they stopped teaching the use of turn signals and proper following distances in Drivers Ed so those should be the easiest points to get.

As horrible as NJ drivers are I can't remember the last time I've seen a BMW being the asshole. The worse are minivans, old people in their Crown Victorias, Prius' owners, and the entire JDM scene.
