Would be interesting to compare service USA - Australia. I guess you'd have to experience both to be able to comment.

If you want, the mechanic who actually works on your car comes to your home, leaves a loan car for the day, drives your car to the service dept and returns when finished. Your car is washed and the first service (15000km) is free. Imagine if we could get the same from BMW! Then again, I don't mind my dd Lexus being driven by someone else but as for the 135i, nope, can't stomach the thought!

I kinda expected more from BMW especially when i bought the car from them and bought the Performance Power kit STAGE 1. AT lease have a full tank of fuel and not 73km worth or fuel in the tank and the having to pay an extra $28 |

Never paid for a loan car with Trivett, including a couple of days with some lovely E92's and one unnamed E90
Never put fuel in them, always handed back with nearly nothing left. I also give my car to them with about 40k's till empty so they often give me my car with 1/4 of a tank |

Altho' I've bought my last 3 porsches from the same salesman, at the same dealership, I make him work hard for the business. At the end of the day he is not my mate. As for Trivett? Suck dogs balls, hard. |

Was a while ago (just after their renovation) but it was nothing too bad, just hadn't checked any of the things I had asked them to.
Would've preferred taking it elsewhere and not having to wait till next time to get those bits and pieces sorted |
