I will check with Jameson on what is going on with the response, international packages take a very long time to process, it all depends on your customs once they receive it, as in this case it is being held in customs.

Besides this and some other problem with another customer, which was resolved where is "a lot of negative stuff" coming from? When you say stuff like that, it takes a large blow to people.

Hey Alex,
I ordered a pair or angel eyes and HID fog from you on Jan 3 2012 and still haven't received them yet. Are you shipping it from China or something?
I live and San Jose and you are in Los Angeles. It should only take 2 to 3 days to ship the items. I'm running out of patience. Lets make it a smooth transaction because I still want to buy a pair of Alpine angel eyes for my X5. Cheers!

Sorry Minh for the delay in shipping, but when we spoke on late Tuesday afternoon on the 3rd I did explain to you that it will probably not ship that week and I will try my best to ship it. I explained we where backed up and there is a chance it might ship the following week, which it did, shipped on the 10th. After our convo you placed your order and I could not ship that week, my apologies for the delay, but I did explain before you ordered.

Alex I got your stuff yesterday. It looks clean. However before I install the lights, can you confirm the following diagram is correct? I'm pretty sure I got it but still need you to confirm that 1%.

agreed.

i think too many people are too quick to complain, and/or are too one-sided in their view of how the logistics work on certain orders.

Alex is the best vendor I have dealt with, which is the reason why I continue to do business with him. There are numerous amount of friends that I have referred to him and I can say there haven't been any complaints yet nor any on my end Keep up the good work Alex

Hey Minh,

For the Fog Lights, no, does not matter. For the AEs the one with four connectors coming out goes on the passenger side, call me or e-mail with questions alex@alpinemss.com

It was International, normally that takes up to 12 business days if the other parties customs clears it in a fast manner, USPS always slows down Christmas time, so it was stuck between the Holidays and Customs.

dood ur from Sweden... havent u ordered stuff from the US before? international shipping is never a quick process all the time. sometimes its quick, sometimes it takes forever. its the nature of the beast when dealing with international customs. the OP is in india...if he was in the states and it took 30-40 days, theres a problem. but hes not. customs is out of the control of both sides - the seller/shipper and buyer.
