HID Relay Buzz

So I bought an HID kit from Hipropower for my low beams (H7) and noticed that I needed a relay to draw more power from the battery. I hooked up the relay and I'm still having issues with first flickering, then one headlight will power off completely. Also, the relay makes a semi-loud buzzing sound when I turn on the headlights. I'm lost and almost ready to smash my lights with a hammer, any suggestions?

how much did you pay for the kit?

My hid kits have always made a buzzing sound on start up. I think it's the bulbs and ballast warming up, does it stop buzzing after about 10-15 seconds?

It was $50, same kit my friend got for his fx35. The buzzing sound comes from the relay, not ballasts or bulbs.

Buzzing does not stop ever and both lights flicker then one turns off completely. Don't want to be driving with one headlight and a loud buzzing sound.
