Are these black OEM performance grilles? They are matte and the slats are very wide. They are for an pre-lci e92.

My OEM E92 Performance Grilles are Gloss Black.
I don't think they come in Matte Black.

Thanks, guys. This confirms that the grilles I bought from the 'for sale' section are aftermarket, when they were advertised as 'OEM' and 'Performance'.

Can anyone who has the real, OEM grilles, take close-up pictures? I appreciate your help.

I think the matte black on blue looks worlds better. I have the matte on mine (spraypainted myself, ghetto style) and it looks much better than that gloss pic. Just my opinion

Genuine E92 BMW Performance grills are gloss black. They are not offered in matte black from BMW.

Sorry I dont like spray painted matte black on my car when I have multiple gloss black BMW parts on my car.

These are the correct BMW Performance Grilles from one of our customers, as im sure you have been told already, they are supposed to be Gloss Black not Matte Black. Hope this helps!

The OE gloss matches the shadowline trim better than matte.
