Bent navigation DVD

i went to my car during lunch, took my Nav DVD out of my sun visor, put it in the player, and it was all messed up. It got BENT from the SUN :mad: :mad: :mad:

Can the dealer replace these for free, if not how much $$$ will it cost?

The DVD nav disc's are not chep, look to be spending around 200.00 for a new one.
