Does this mean that these alloys are easier to bend when you hit a pot hole. Something to do with the stress on the alloy and the dispersing of the energy...

I think they would if you left the little bolts unpainted and left the outer lip unpainted

Ordered the 179s to fit on my Black 330i, which i collected on the 14th July, but I was told by my dealer there is a problem with the 179/199s and the runflat tyre combo, so I drove my new motor home on the standard rims. The dealer and BM UK could not give me a date for release of the the 179s I had ordered. I asked if Schitzers could be supplied but the same problem exists, the dealer would or could not tell me what the problems is. Dissapointed.
