Coding in Hopewell\Ft Lee\Prince George?

Is there anyone around Prince George\Hopewell\Ft Lee that can help me code my 2011 E93? I have a cable and laptop but just can't seem to get the connection right so I was wondering if anyone was free to help, either with their equipment or mine.

I have a cable also but have not downloaded any software been busy with work and all
