OEM blackline error

Installed used oem blackilnes with supplied bulbs and holders last night. Checked all light functions before putting the trunk interior panels back in place and all was good.

Started the car this morning and have left tail lamp error. Had to get to work, upon arrival check out the light and find the left outer light is lighting the 2 bottom brake light bulbs and not the middle light bars with the parking lights on. Right light appear to be functioning as it should.

How can that be??

Is that some type of default if a bulb blows out?

Light bars bulb was blown. Replaced with one from OEM set just removed and all is good.
