Question while were on the subject: what does it provide in terms of hp/tq boosts? How much did you pay for it? Thx. It looks so easy to install.

I think they claim 35-40whp and 45-50wtq, although real world dyno tests are showing slightly lower. It costs $599 from most vendors. The install is a piece of cake from reading the instructions. All in all, you won't get the power gains of the Procede or Xede, or even the JBS2... but it does offer a modest bump in boost, easy installation, and power that you can feel and see on the dyno as well. Best part about it is that some BMW dealerships are actually selling this thing, so that shows its quality.

For the casual performance fan that doesn't need to have the fastest car out there, and wants something very easy to install and uninstall, this is your choice.

This is from their website. They claim over 50hp / 50 tq gain to the wheel..........hmmmmm...269hp to the wheel baseline seems to high to me.
Are you planning to do a Dyno ChaneRZ???

Congrats man, your gonna love it. i love mine. after even a week it still feels like its getting more powerful!!

yea the difference between the stock WHP and the WHP after the install is the only difference that really matters, and from peoples dyno its abot est. 30WHP and 35WFTLB.
btw, the jb2 doesnt make more power and isnt faster.
ALSO i made a SSTT FAQ: all the info about the SSTT is in there.
enjoy man..your method of brake in first than install is something i did aswell

I love mine. Put it in. It will not affect your break in. My break in was nail it out of the lot. My car seems to be strong compared to other 335's I have driven. Enjoy.

generally......yes

have fun w/ the turbo tuner! It will turn your 335 into a different car!

fyi - I've only had 1 limp mode and it was due to a cracked vacuum line.

agree with everyone here...love the simplicity of the SSTT without the hassles.

i ordered and installed mine after i got to 1500 miles...don't know if that made a difference but if you install it before break-in (1200 miles per the manual), you may have a hard time holding back on revving it up beyond 4000 miles.
